Shipping

Every order will be dispatched the following business day after payment has been received.

Standard delivery information:

New Zealand   |   $5.95   |   2 - 6 days

Australia   |   $5.95   |   3 - 14 days

Rest of the world   |   $24.95   |   3 - 21 days

It's important to note that there could be instances when the delivery or shipment might experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including courier network delays, adverse weather conditions, road closures and similar unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

To apply for a return please contact us at hello@sparkleandsass.co.nz.

We have a 10-day returns policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that you received it. The tags must still be attached and it must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will be in touch with instructions on how and where to send your package. You can  contact us for questions on returns at hello@sparkleandsass.co.nz.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will be in contact with you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of an approved return, please contact us.

There is a no returns policy in place for sale items.

Damaged or Defective Items

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
